Wecan provided consultancy from content to functionality for the system
At the beginning of 2020, when we conducted a survey of car manufacturers in Vietnam, only Mercedes-Benz Vietnam was engaged in this segment. However, the website for this segment was barely invested in. Therefore, we decided to refer to foreign websites. After more than a month of intensive work, Wecan finally came up with a proposal—from sitemap, functionalities to layout—to present to Toyota Vietnam.

Ha Long International Cruise Port
Located in Bai Chay, Ha Long, Quang Ninh, the Ha Long International Cruise Port is the first specialized international cruise port in both Quang Ninh Province and Vietnam. Built to international standards, the port can accommodate ships up to 225,000 GRT with a maximum capacity of 8,460 people (including passengers and crew) and is capable of serving two ships simultaneously.

It was clear that users would mainly visit the site to look up cruise schedules, port services, and other regulations. These needs usually arise right before their travel or business trips, meaning they might access the site anytime, anywhere. Therefore, mobile interface optimization was essential. Instead of using a traditional responsive design, Wecan Group proposed Dynamic Serving to tailor the experience specifically to mobile devices. The interface was developed as two independent versions: one for desktop and one for mobile.

PJICO's Vision and Requirements
From the outset, PJICO’s leadership envisioned a robust, full-featured, modern and highly automated online insurance platform. One of the core requirements was that the issued insurance policy must become effective within 24 hours after successful online payment — despite PJICO not having a mature core insurance system in place at that time.
This created major challenges in the early implementation phase. However, Wecan Group remained committed and proactive, working closely with PJICO’s experienced specialists to design a seamless sales and order processing workflow with maximum automation.
